Any calls using our numbers will be billed by your telephone service provider to the account holder for that line. Please obtain permission from that account holder before using the TajPhone service. Calls are charged from the time you are connected to the TajPhone service. Quoted prices are for customers using BT residential call packages (taken from BT residential price list published at www.bt.com), is correct as of 01.08.2009, and is subject to a 8p minimum call charge. Other service providers may charge a higher rate, please contact your service provider for further details. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently. The service is subject to availability.

You can use TajPhone Instant by dialling the applicable access number as detailed by us on our website (which may be changed from time to time with notice of such change being posted on our website) and then dialling your international number (including the "00" prefix). Callers must ensure they have bill payer’s permission before using the Instant services. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0844, 0871, rates. Calls are charged from time of connection to the Tajphone Instant service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated by TajPhone.

Any texts to the SMS code (87887) are charged at your service provider's standard SMS rate and will be billed by them to the account holder for that line. The return message you receive will cost £5 (inclusive of 15% VAT) from T Mobile or £4.89 (inclusive of 15% VAT) from O2, Vodafone, Virgin, 3G again billed to the account holder for that line. Always make sure you have the bill payer's permission before you use this service. We will credit you with calling credit (as per above, value dependent on mobile network) and issue a pin to that value with a UK geographic landline telephone number to access the service. Call credit will expire in 90 days from first usage (the first time that the service is called and the pin number is entered) or 90 days from purchase (where no call has been made to the service in that period and the pin number has not been entered). Calls to the UK Geographical Landline number will be charged as per your mobile network price plan to a UK Geographical landline, or may be part of your monthly inclusive minutes allowance. Please check with your service provider to confirm this. Calls are charged by the minute and the quoted price is inclusive of VAT, and applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when using the 01 access number. Rates are effective from 01.06.2009 and may be subject to change without notice. A maximum purchase of £30 per day per SIM card (mobile telephone number) applies.
